For Android version 2.x to 4.0
Step 1: Browse to Settings and choose Wireless and Networks.
Step 2: Turn on WiFi and go to WiFi settings.
Step 3: Click on Menu and select Advance.
Step 4: Check Use Static IP and assign the values according to the below screenshot.
Step 5: Save it and try to connect to the WiFi network again.

For Android version 4.1 and higher
Step 1: Browse to Settings and choose Wireless and Networks.
Step 2: Turn on WiFi and go to WiFi settings.
Step 3: Long press on the connected network and click on Modify Network.
Step 4: Now, check Show Advanced options.
Step 5: Now, on IP settings drop down to Menu and select Static.
Step 6: Assign IP of your choice but leave other variables as it is.
NOTE: Make sure you choose a unique IP address so that it does not conflict with other connected devices.
